Indonesia Pomalaa Industry Park is a company engaged in the management of industrial estates located in Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi, currently opening career opportunities as Dispatcher Staff (SITE) for placement at SITE Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi, with the following responsibilities and requirements:
 

Responsibilities:

1. To entering employee must be aware of the various and regulations of the company. 
2. Able to communicate effectively with various departments and outsourcing units in the factory, such as machinery usage procedures, safety protocols, machinery usage ledgers, material requisition procedures, etc.
3. Understand the operation status of each mechanical team in real time, and effectively make corresponding arrangements based on data such as the number of machines shipped, machine repairs, machine maintenance, and machine idleness.
4. Participate in weekly supervision meetings in a timely manner and dispatch machinery and equipment reasonably and effectively according to construction progress nodes.
5. Daily mechanical dispatch ledger, vehicle dispatch, attendance and other daily reports are reported to the work group on time.
6. Ensure that all types of data ledgers are accurate.
7. Respond promptly to on-site feedback and handle it effectively.

Requirements:

1. Positive work attitude, good communication skills, hard-working and strong execution ability
2. College degree or above, with special equipment safety management certificate or mechanical specialty is preferred, more than 5 years related experience education can be appropriately lowered.
3. Proficient in using computer forms, documents, PPT and other common software.
4. Have a good health, good conduct, team spirit, able to speak a little Chinese and capable of simple communication are preferred (fresh Indonesian college students may be recommended)
