Position Overview:

Shivanna are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Communications (Marcomms) Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our yacht charter and event businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic marketing communication plans to promote our yacht charter services, premium hospitality events, and enhance brand visibility in the entertainment and premium / luxury lifestyle industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies tailored to the yacht charter and luxury events sectors.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Brand Management:

  • Uphold and strengthen the brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements. 
  • Maintain and enhance the brand image, ensuring it reflects the quality and exclusivity associated with yacht charters and premium public events.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communication channels.

Content Creation:

  • Assist content creator to develop engaging and captivating content for various channels, including websites, social media, and print materials, showcasing the unique experiences offered by our yacht charter and event services.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce visually appealing materials.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or key initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote yacht charter and public event packages, special events, and exclusive experiences to further increase quality enquiries for domestic and international clients.
  • Monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

Media Relations:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
  • Draft press releases, manage media inquiries, and coordinate interviews.

Event Marketing:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for events hosted on our yachts, targeting high-net-worth individuals and corporations.
  • Coordinate promotional activities to drive attendance and enhance event visibility.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Identify and foster strategic partnerships with luxury brands, event organizers, and influencers to expand reach and enhance the brand’s association with luxury/premium and exclusivity.

Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website content, email campaigns, and social media campaigns, to target affluent audiences.
  • Analyze digital metrics and implement improvements to enhance online presence.
  • Utilize online platforms to showcase the boat, events, and engage with potential clients.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Use insights to inform marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage marketing communication budgets effectively both online and offline.
  • Monitor spending, track ROI, and optimize resource allocation.

Photography and Videography:

  • Coordinate high-quality photoshoots and video productions to capture the allure of our yachts and events.
  • Leverage visual content for marketing materials, social media, and promotional campaigns.

Customer Experience Enhancement:

  • Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience, from booking a yacht charter to attending exclusive events.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and communication strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Communications Manager or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
