Get to Know the Role:

This role is responsible for providing, supporting, and monitoring Quality vehicle e-moto.

Help to improve process quality and quality of vehicles by collaborating with Operations, Partner Management, Grab Drivers and Workshops.

The Day-to-Day Activities:

• Coordination with fleet partners Internal (Sales team, Fleet Ops, and Fleet Insurance & document) and External (driver and OEM or workshop) to improve and maintain vehicle quality.

• Monitoring the improvement progress of vehicle durability from Process & Operations.

• Control vehicle status and location accuracy for every single movement and utilization of replacement vehicles.

• Control quality checks in each Driver Journey for a better driver experience.

• Handling Voice of Customers which do early resolutions.

• Leading Quality Team in Jakarta with a total of 4  sub-functions.

• Capable to propose alternate solutions to reduce cost vehicle related, lead time and process optimization, and durability of vehicle.

• Capable to deliver quality result both from inbound and outbound operations

The Must-Haves:

• Has Minimum experience as Senior Service advisor/Section Head/Deputy Department in Workshop/Automotive Company/Car Rental

• Minimum experienced working in the automotive industry i.e. car rent/taxi pool/automotive manufacturing for 3 ~ 5 years.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major.

• Good in Bahasa and English (verbal and written).

• Strong technical skills, good communication and interpersonal skill.

• Good understanding of data administration following by expert in Microsoft office (excel and word)

• Familiar and good knowledge of workshop (body repair, general repair, maintenance), claim insurance vehicle, handling vehicle accuracy in Pool, Fleet Management, and standard quality of vehicle.
