Lowongan Kerja Klaten Posisi Territory Production Manager Corn di PT Bayer Indonesia

JOB PURPOSE

• Responsible for his/her location (~800 -1200 Ha) in a Region/Province of  commercial field  Production for Corn – Indonesia, to ensure quality seed to meet the deliverables as per crop plan on time in full

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for RC corn commercial  seed production in the assigned Location under a Territory
• Ensures all operations are compliant to internal Bayer requirements and local regulations
• Implements  the  community and sustainability engagements in alignment with Production Manager
• Manages  his/her location  Growers &  external stakeholder (Big Growers and tollers for plant) relations to ensure timely and effective communication and alignment on production targets and deliverables
• Ensures safe and timely delivery of crop to enable business needs while meeting field  production metrics for his  location
• Maintain LSSM ( Lembaga Sertifikasi Sistem Manjemen Mutu) records by coordinating with Quality Management System Certificate Institute
• Manages field processes,reduce field production obsolescence, supports the Production Manager on achieving or exceeding  the financial metrics
• Manage and monitor the  Contractual Resource , guide Production Executives  in  his production locations
• Driving Quality systems & Quality excellence initiatives for Corn production by coordinating with internal & external stakeholders
• Implementation of digital tools like Velocity, FTS, Digital Signature etc.,
• Scoping Mechanization In commercial production field activities to met Bayer regional goals of 50% Mechanization
• Leading Improvement solutions for optimization of COGS, WUE & GHG emissions
• Focus on his self development ,work cohesive as a team , with high standards of engagement

WHO YOU ARE

• University degree (Bachelor/Masters in Agriculture/ equivalent )
• 6-8 years experience in Seed Production
• Cross-functional collaboration & communication
