Job description & requirements

THE POSITION

What you will do

Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Product Designer. In general, you need to design applications for web and mobile applications by working with Product team, UI/UX team, end-users, and other engineers to help deliver a high-quality software product. Take a look at some points below to understand more about this role.

• Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
• Redesign workflow, processes of products and delivery process such as creation of visual designs, release planning and product review
• Maintain and define the visual and UX patterns for our products to cultivate a consistent and intuitive experience
• Gather and translate high-level requirements and use cases into detailed process flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Collaborate with the product management and research team to balance customer needs, business constraints, and technological realities also seek a deep appreciation of our problem/goals through usability tests
• Revise and update designs and documentation through user testing and customer feedback

Requirements and specifications

In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, or any related field
• At least 3 years of working experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Up-to-date knowledge of design and prototype software like Figma
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Excellent team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• Interest in creating social impact through Indonesia’s education
