Job description & requirements

Job Responsibilities:

(Digital) Marketing Activity & Implementation:

  • Create and implement (digital) marketing strategy aligning with the direction of the Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Develop content planning, media strategy, and policies, and ensure related units capitalize on publicity opportunities via social media channels (including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels)
  • Develop marketing collateral together with Sales Section Head
  • Maximize SEO opportunities to improve related unit rankings in the national markets
  • Oversee e-marketing campaigns and other e-commerce initiatives (i.e., produce, write, and distribute e-newsletters)
  • Develop and implement effective Digital Marketing Ads Placement activities
  • Create and write exciting, punchy content suitable for the website, social media, and email engagement for the user journey, including rewriting/ editing content
  • Keep key content areas of the website fresh and dynamic by seeking out a new copy, imagery, audio, and video materials
  • Provide input on editorial and advisory capacity with key content providers, including learner/ instructor bloggers and key opinion leaders (in some cases upload content on their behalf)
  • Conduct market research periodically to keep up to date with the learners’ behavior changes and market trends
  • Enhance awareness and keep up-to-date with advances in social media
  • Analyze and monitor users’ and learners’ behavior to evaluate the marketing program
  • Advise on new channels and innovative approaches to adopt with current media enhancement
  • Define and implement measurement strategies that align with business objectives
  • Monetizing and economic value of the channel
  • Develop sales & marketing script as guidance for the contact center or relevant responder to promptly respond the inquiries from the audience (directly received from the website or as referrals from members of staff)
  • Assist Sales & Marketing Manager in developing policies and procedures for the department

Digital Marketing Operational Monitoring:

  • Ensure all website content is accurate, accessible, consistent, and up-to-date by continuous systematic checking, updating web pages and information (remove obsolete information on a timely basis)
  • Maintain a continuous and positive dialogue with others in related unit departments, learners, and instructors.
  • Proactively seek out fresh, creative content and generally enhance awareness of forthcoming activities to be marketed via the website
  • Recognize the potential to implement innovative new methodologies and improve the analytical procedure
  • Review e-marketing campaigns, e-newsletters, and other e-commerce initiatives
  • Provide systematic review and ensure all script is used accurately, consistent, and up-to-date
  • Provide good marketing documentation
  • Monitor online and social media channels to maximize engagement and develop promotions (with a commercial focus and ultimately driving sales conversion)
  • Monitor daily measurement functions, and ensure the end deliverables are delivered on time, in scope, and within budget 

Marketing Administration:

  • Produce monthly reports and evaluate website effectiveness as well as social media channels. Suggest required recommendations for improvements
  • Collate and report on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels, using statistics to influence future digital activity (monthly)
  • Profile and communicate achievements in the related units via online channels

Management Support Activities:

  • Provide Report to direct Supervisor
  • Suggest improvement process related to activities in the area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort, and cost)
  • Perform activities related to Quality Management System
  • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
  • Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level position, or
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience
  • Special Skills/Certification:
