As one of Siemens Indonesia business partner in manufacturing Sivacon S8, Simoprime World, and Simoprime A4, we continue to grow as a reputable company in the industry. We specialize in Sivacon S8 and Simoprime switchgears, covering both low and medium voltage switchgears respectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to drives, either remotely via telephone or email, or on site visits.
• Guide customers in installing, configuring parameters, and troubleshooting drives, both remotely and on site visits.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to efficiently escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Conduct site visits for drive assessments, product demos, and educate customers regarding drive parameter configuration.
• Document problems and solutions, as well as activities in the field.
• Make a list of recommended spare parts needed by customers including identification of material codes.
• Create preventive maintenance proposals and service contracts.
• Carrying out preventive maintenance, including cleaning, checking internal components of the drive unit, and replacing spare parts.
• Carrying out drive unit test commissioning.
• Ensure that the work environment is safe during the testing process.
• Ensure that the Department’s targets are achieved.
• Ensure zero accidents in every job and department.
• Implement/support the Quality Management System and K3L.
• Participate in the implementation and management of the Company’s Integrated Management System.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education: S1 majoring in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Job related work experience > 3 years.
• Have a leadership spirit.
• Experience related to the implementation and methodology of troubleshooting and drive maintenance.
• Have good knowledge regarding AC motors, drives, harmonization and control systems.
• Able to provide fast responses and communicate well with customers.
• Willing to travel to the location for a flexible period of time if necessary.
• Experience in implementing Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Management Systems.
