About the Role

Apart from running our own program, we also participate in the government’s efforts to better the Indonesian workforce, by contributing through the Kartu Prakerja program by the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs. This program aims to develop workforce competency and increase the productivity and competitiveness of the Indonesian workforce.

As a Junior Content Developer, you will operate under the guidance of the Program Executive, collaborating closely with curriculum experts and educators to develop and implement high-quality curriculum materials. They will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and effectiveness of lecture resources and assessments, as well as providing support and training to educators as needed. Key operating principles in this role include attention to detail, collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement in curriculum development and delivery.

More specifically, you will be responsible to:

  • Prepare all checklists for modules, including tests, self-study, capstone, grading rubric, and master deck
  • Collaborate with experts and program executives to create engaging and effective instructional materials, resources, and assessments.
  • Provide guidance, and training for educators on curriculum implementation, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
  • Summarize program revision, feedback, and improvement for upcoming program submission
  • Help with administrative reporting of all assignments, homework, and final projects

Requirements

In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has and/or is strong at:

  1. Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail: In the role of Junior Content Developer, meticulous organization is essential for managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. From preparing module checklists to administrative reporting, attention to detail ensures the accuracy and completeness of curriculum materials, assessments, and program submissions.
  2. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: you will be at the forefront that making sure our learning materials can be well delivered, the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely facilitates understanding for all stakeholders.
  3. Collaborative Mindset and Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaboration lies at the heart of the role, as Junior Content Developers work closely with curriculum experts, educators, and many other stakeholders. A collaborative mindset fosters synergy within cross-functional teams, driving collective efforts toward creating engaging and effective instructional resources.
  4. Knowledge of Instructional Design Principles, Curriculum Development, and Assessment Practices: In this role, you will take part in creating engaging and effective learning experiences. By having this knowledge, you can design curriculum materials that promote active learning and skill development.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools: from drafting lecture resources to compiling administrative reports, mastery of these tools streamlines workflow processes and enhances productivity. Leveraging technology enables Junior Content Developers to deliver high-quality curriculum materials efficiently and effectively.
  6. Adaptability in a Fast-paced Environment: In a dynamic landscape like curriculum development, adaptability is key to navigating changing priorities and requirements. Junior Content Developers must remain agile in responding to evolving educational needs and industry trends.
  7. Other: previous experience in curriculum development, education, or related fields would be a plus.
