We are currently recruiting for Global Innovative and Digital Enablement located in Bali, Indonesia. This is an opportunity to work in a highly energized, passionate team on projects around our existing and next generation of products, in particular in the domain of enterprise asset management.

We have the opportunity for a number of energetic developers to join our development team. The successful candidates will possess a keen attitude towards learning and will have the opportunity to work in projects along-side senior engineers, implementing solution/ customizations for our world class ERP system.

Your responsibilities:

• You will be leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications.
• You will manage all the activities of the software development team and setting goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery.
• You will define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation and provide guidance to the team and ensuring they adhere to development standards.
• You will be ensuring adherence to software development methodologies and best practices, collaborating with stakeholders to gather project requirements and managing software development budgets and expenses.
• You will conduct performance evaluations and career development discussions, identify training and skill development needs for the team.

Your background:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading development teams.
• Extensive experience in developing, deploying, and integrating software solutions.
• You are a good mentor & coach.
• Have a domain knowledge on enterprise asset management/ERP product such as Ellipse, Asset Suite, EIP etc.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
