Job Descriptions
• Implement digital sales strategies and customer decision journey in BHE.
• Support in implementation of creative marketing contents that used for creating various campaign to get market awareness, attention and leads in various digital media.
• Support in creating creative marketing experience tools and applications that can be implemented to get market awareness, attention and leads in various platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and other units to gather leads (data) by executing digital campaigns and adverting.
• Support in evaluate all digital assets and sales journey flow for influencing and converting in each stage of sales funnel.
• Monitor all digital contents as marketing content assets and its management systems.
• Implement marketing programs with various stakeholders.
• Provide technical advice in work area or related business units on marketing related issues.
• Cooperate with Corporate Communication Department in term of communication messages, brand communication and guidelines for digital content assets.
• Provide the data analysis to sales conversion.
• Coordinate promotion teams / part-timers / interns / agencies / vendors activities and suggest improvement.
• Cooperate with Marketing Intelligence to identify digital market behavior and needs and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Support in evaluate campaigns in each digital channels in order to gather leads or convert from prospective customer to intake as evaluation report to direct supervisor and plan the continuous improvement.
• Monitor sales cost incurred for achieving target and conduct the activities for achieving promotion and sales target
Management Support Activities:
o Provide Report to direct Supervisor
o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
o Perform activities related to Quality Management System
o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:
• Diploma Degree (D3), or
• University student (6th semester)
