Mister Loo is an international start-up company headquartered in Switzerland building and operating an innovative toilet concept with clean public restrooms and state-of-the-art modular refreshing facilities in Southeast Asia (“SEA”). Following its successful growth story in Thailand and Vietnam, Mister Loo entered the Indonesian market in 2020 and is consequently pursuing its high-growth strategy since then by constantly expanding the number of local branches and scaling the management team. 

With a workplace in South Jakarta, we are looking for a highly motivated and exceptional      

     Senior Operations Manager (Premium Toilet Facility Manager) 

to oversee Mister Loo’s ongoing business operations and procedures.

As such, you will be working directly with the company’s Country Head leading the day-to-day operational activities to secure the functionality of the business. 

Requirements:

• 10+ years working experience in Facility Management
• Outstanding organizational and communicational skills with dedicated ability in decision-making and problem-solving
• Independent personality with vast experience in troubleshooting and an innovative approach to addressing operational challenges
• Willingness to travel in the domestic market for onsite inspection
• Own vehicle and possess of valid driving license are of advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, business administration or any related fields
• Fluent in English communication (spoken and written)
• Skills: Microsoft office

Your responsibilities:

•  Implementation and monitoring of operational processes and procedures including:

–      Recruiting of high-quality cleaning staff for all Mister Loo branches in Indonesia

–      Supervising and coaching of cleaning staff to encourage maximum performance and to ensure effective operations

–      Provide best-in-class training program which include onsite training of the cleaning staff up to supervision of their work as per SOP

–      Regular inspection and quality checks of all branches

–      Documentation of processes, routine inspection and maintenance activities

• Prepare and manage roster (working schedule) of entire cleaning staff
• Prepare PO, invoices, and weekly report
• Customer support and manage relationships with selected partners and suppliers
• Reporting to the senior management in all matters of importance
