Job Description:

As a Full Stack / Web Developer specializing in WordPress, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing complex web applications and websites. This position requires an expert level of proficiency in coding, particularly in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Your responsibilities will include leading development projects, implementing best coding practices, and ensuring the seamless integration of various technologies. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in API integration, SQL, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

Job Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise
  • Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Advanced understanding of SQL for database management.
• WordPress Development
  • Lead and oversee the development of WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Implement advanced customizations and optimize WordPress performance.
  • Create and implement visually stunning website pages on the WordPress platform with a fresh, innovative look and stay updated on the latest design trends and modern styling techniques.
• Advanced Coding
  • Expertise in coding using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Back-End Development
  • Design and implement robust server-side solutions using PHP.
  • Utilize SQL for efficient database management and optimization.
• API Integration
  • Extensive experience in integrating and working with various APIs.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between WordPress and external systems.
  • Strong experience with API integration and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work with diverse APIs to enhance overall functionality.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Spearheaded CRO initiatives to enhance website performance and user experience.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Extensive experience as a Senior IT Developer with a demonstrable portfolio.
3. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
4. At least 2-3+ years of experience as a PHP Developer.
5. Good understanding of user experience and user interface standards.
6. Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
7. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and effectively communicating technical concepts.
8. Familiarity with web services or API development and consumption.
9. An ability to work independently or as part of a team and deliver projects on time.
10. Willing to work in Bali.
