Job Summary:
Store Learning and Development is responsible to design, conduct and evaluate training for store operation focusing in technical (Cashier, ETP, Edisi) and product knowledge for Sports brand in MAP Active. Support for store review and update technical troubleshoot at store.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Management, Psychology or Business from a reputable university.
- Possess a strong classroom presence: able to present training programs in a way that engages, inspires, and motivates others.
- Practical experience in organizing training (including sourcing and recommending reliable training providers), delivering, facilitating and evaluating trainings.
- Enjoy the process of coaching and guiding others as Agent of Change.
- Speak and write in English and Bahasa equally fluently.
- Conversant with MS Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
- Must have outstanding intrapersonal and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate with all levels.
