As a Regional Sales Manager, you will develop new markets and customers in the region, formulate and implement action plans to ensure the healthy development of cooperation between dealers and customers.

Our client is a very well known Refrigeration Multinational Brand. Currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to handle Indonesia.

Description

• Develop new markets and customers in the region, formulate and implement action plans to ensure the healthy development of cooperation between dealers and customers;
• Maintain the body builders in the region, formulate and implement action plans to ensure the healthy development of cooperation;
• Maintain customer systems in the region and establish customized services to meet the different needs of customers;
• Manage the dealer system in the region, evaluate dealer performance, and provide dealers with product and training support;
• Collect market information in the region, identify and analyze it;
• Strengthen the development of regional dealers, establish dealer communication channels, and resolve conflicts among dealers;
• Work closely with dealers to complete sales tasks in their respective areas.

Profile

• Bachelor Degree or above; major in engineering background or business related preference.
• Have excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and have good oral English business communication skills. Candidates with Chinese communication skills are preferred
• Strong market knowledge with Sales & Solid analytical skills;
• Applicants with experience in refrigeration, commercial vehicle market or logistics industry will be given priority
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Travel frequently
• Proficient in computer and MS Office
