Segera dibutuhkan. lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi IT ERP Support di perusahaan PT Bumi Amartha Teknologi Mandiri untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan & Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Analis Bisnis/Sistem (Teknologi Informasi & Komunikasi) serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

  • Provide day-to-day technical support and maintenance for the ERP system, addressing user queries and issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, bugs, and performance issues to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to educate staff on ERP system functionalities and best practices
  • Offer ongoing support to end-users, assisting with system navigation, data entry, and utilization of ERP tools to maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance, generate reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement or optimization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experienced in supporting ERP systems, focusing on problem-solving and resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP modules, customization, and integration. Preference towards Oracle ERP-related knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of collaborative work within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word), MS Visio, MS Project, etc.
  • Middleware Development
    • Understanding of system integration concepts like P2P or Hub-and-spoke integration.
    • Mastery in middleware application development.
    • Understanding of system security.
  • Database
    • Mandatory proficiency in SQL Query and RDBMS concepts.
    • Understanding of ETL concepts and mastery of the utilized platforms.
