JOB OVERVIEW:

Analyze machines and orders to find out the actual upper scheduling for Production Control Bottom needs in production, to ensure smooth production processes in the Bottom Factory area

RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES:

• Analyzing the machines in factory in real time (related to the number of machines needed) so that orders can be completed with the number of machines available
• Outsole material tracking and Detail for schedule qty (pair) with material (kg) by model by PC week from SAP system for Inhouse consumption and vendor. To understand the gap actual production and Issued material
• To collect BTS data from factory, to report the performance of in-time supply.
• To report Bottom Inventory Tooling, including repair for priority to repair for TE
• On SAP system to Review BOM, DC VIEW, Material RB , Prod.Vers, Prod.order in Factory
• Tracking Bottom new color with the time line readiness to schedule. Tracking Transisi change colorway RB (Sidewall/Base) weekly
• Update outsource/inhouse factory to BOM Team. Review Analysis Tooling Subcon & Inhouse
• supervise the team Bottom of:
• Making PO to factory and Outsource, Review analysis tooling subcon & Inhouse, Tracking GTM & Confirm shoes, Nota & Cema (Claim & Repro), SAP maintain
• Evaluating team work and conducting coaching counseling so that the team works according to the SOP
• Follow the company program:
• Carry out and supervise regulations, culture and K3 programs (including the use and monitoring of the use and provision of PPE), energy, quality and environment to monitor the company’s management system.
• Provide information on work accidents/issues, identify, provide advice, conduct briefings and outreach/training related to OSH, energy, quality and environmental programs to monitor and improve the company’s management system

REQUIREMENT:

• Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority
• Minimum 18 Years Old.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• Required language: Mandarin and English
• Minimum 4 years experience in the same field and preferably experience from Shoe Manufacturing Industry
• Knowledges and Skills: SAP, ERP /SFC System, capacity machine in Bottom area, material, style and color in and tooling shoe, problem solving, communication, Ms. Office and analytical ability
• Personality / Character; Communicates Effectively, Drives Collaboration and customer focus.
• Understanding vision mission company & safety policy
• Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS, energy, quality, and environment
