Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures that AML CDD risk in the Indonesia CPBB is effectively managed end to end in accordance with Group and local regulatory requirements.
• Drive, coordinate and monitor initiatives, projects and actions to ensure Indonesia CPBB operates in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, Group / Country policies and standards, for the prevention of money laundering.
• Ensuring Indonesia CPBB has instituted processes for managing and governance of high-risk clients including management of Client Committee (agenda, papers etc.); Senior Management Review (SMR) process, CPBB NFRF and CFCRC.
• Update country, regional and group Forum on AML, Sanctions and Client Tax risk.
• Manage and engage key stakeholders in the country and across group, region, FCC, Legal and Compliance.
• Spearhead the delivery of country CDD Operations change projects, improvement, remediation activities across the country.
• Support rollout and BAU working of AML Systems including ICDD, eCDD, GNS etc
• Management of all audits to AML CDD, Tax Compliance for Indonesia CPBB.
• Act to minimize operational loss and audit failures and take proactive measures to respond to matters arising and identify and manage forward looking risks.

• Able to identify early warning signals and to initiate remedial action.
• Establish prevention and detection internal controls with an end-to-end perspective (from transaction to customer), which address potential risks of inefficiency, ineffectiveness, fraud, abuse or mismanagement
• Use of internal/external audit findings to further improve service excellence
• Promote & enable a culture of audit readiness at all times in order to ensure no failed audits
• Instructs others in the area of operations risk assessment and monitoring
