Lowongan Kerja Jakarta Raya Posisi Complaint Management & Qa di PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia

You’ll be responsible for:​​​​​​​

• Make regular reports related to complaints handling activities to provide data complaint SLA and trend data complaint to management & regulator
• Resolves problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• ​​Handling of complaints nationally both externally and internally from all kind of channel
• Monitoring complaints so that complaints can be handled promptly and responding within set time limits, systematically and fairly

About You:

• Experienced handling complaint from customer 
• Preferably from insurance industry, but non industry are welcome to apply
• A genuine desire to provide a high level of customer service
• Have the ability to effectively manage multiple cases
• Able to show empathy and remain calm in a pressurized environment
