Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Civil Law/Criminal Law/Agrarian Law/Customary Law) with min. GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
Maximum age of 35 years old.
Minimum having 1 year experience of working in Public Company, renowned Law Firm, or renowned Notary’s Office.
Experienced in a property company is preferred.
Experienced in handling criminal and civil cases, with preference given to those who have dealt with court proceedings.
Preferably having a lawyer’s practicing license.
Placement: Bintaro, South Tangerang

Job Description:

Harmonize company practices with existing legal norms and anticipate legal shifts.
Offer legal counsel to the units manager and staff, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
Systematically address arising legal issues within the bounds of current legislation.
Provide comprehensive legal consultations for operational aspects, coordinating diverse legal services.
Draft, manage, and evaluate essential legal documentation and agreements, overseeing administrative tasks.
Assist in legal proceedings, accompanying and advising company personnel during investigations or court appearances.
Collaborate with legal entities like Notaries, Lawyers, and Consultants to achieve company objectives.
Develop, review, and manage various agreements related to the company’s collaborations.
Execute tasks under the guidance of the Legal Manager, ensuring effective legal coordination.
