About The Job

Talentvis Indonesia is hiring for a full-time Head of Marketing role for our client, a fashion retail company, to lead our client’s marketing team and develop and execute successful marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a creative mind, and a deep understanding of marketing trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth
• Manage the marketing team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities and improve marketing campaigns
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI
• Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, including print and digital collateral, videos, and web content
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, such as PR firms and advertising agencies
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to ensure the company’s marketing strategies remain competitive and relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
• Coming from retail background is preferred
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
