Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Tax or equivalent.
2. At least 7 Year(s) of working experience as a Finance & Accounting Tax Manager or similar role in oil and gas industry
3. Certified Brevet A & B
4. Proficient with Ms. Office & accounting (accurate) software
5. Familiar with cost & tax accounting computation knowledge such as SAP, E-SPT, E-Filing, E-Bupot, E-Billing
6. Good knowledge of accounting & tax policy, AR/AP, costing and budgeting (control), cashflow weekly and monthly report, financial audit and financial forecast
7. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation & good leadership skills
8. Understanding of financial statistic and accounting principles
9. Handle pressure well and able to work with deadline
10. Fluent in English (both oral and written)
11. Willing to be placed in : Cilandak area, South Jakarta
12. Candidates must be ready to join immediately

Job Responsibilities:

1. Able to make financial statements, conduct a review and analysis of the reports.
2. Checking and controlling project budget and expenditure report
3. Analyze the organization’s revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast it’s short, medium, and long-term cash flow position
4. Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain a company’s tax database
5. Advise management about the impact of tax liabilities and corporate strategies or new tax laws
6. Responsible for processing employee payroll transactions, BPJS Employment & Health
7. Lead the finance department, including: create, develop and maintain SOPs rules for payment and train the staff
8. Coordinate the finance department, both in terms of timeliness of work completion, reporting and cooperation with related departments
9. Liaise with consultant/auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finance is maintained
