The candidate will be responsible for driving a creatively-brilliant, commercially-effective integrated marketing strategy to drive brand growth across multiple markets. He or she will work crossfunctionally and cross-culturally to understand and deliver solutions to address specific market opportunities and accelerate company revenue in a measurable, meaningful, cost-effective manner. He or she will likewise act as a company brand ambassador to external stakeholders. The Head of Marketing is a key custodian and executive of the brand within the company. Leading the marketing team from both a regional and a domestic purview, he or she must drive valuefocused marketing and marketing support to the consumer and franchisees. Beyond driving branding and acquisition strategies, the role is accountable for safeguarding brand equity as a globallyrecognized mark. The scope covers all offline and online channels, including BTL and ATL, PR, and Branding—whether on a B2B or B2C front. As a key leadership role, the Head of Marketing is the guiding force in directing regional and country staff, as well as communicating with the global principal on ongoing initiatives within the region. The Head of Marketing is also expected to coordinate the marketing team to provide insights and initiatives as they relate to the business needs of the various departments in the regional office, including franchise support, learning and development, vendor relations, HR, IT, operations, and franchise development, as well as other stakeholders such as franchisees, members, club employees, and agency partners.

Skills and Qualification

Education 1. University degree in business management/marketing/operations 2. Equivalent work/life experience. Experience 1. Minimum 10 years’ progressive working experience in marketing, management, and leadership 2. Broad knowledge across marketing, franchising, and Pan-Asia operations 3. Firsthand experience in the fitness industry, by either employment or as a user
