Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Key Account Manager di kantor PT Surya Donasin untuk daerah Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur atau sekitarnya.
Skill yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Top Management / Manajemen Tingkat Atas serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.
Selain itu untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kita inginkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup bersaing menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Tapi itu semua bisa berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Key Account Manager (West Java, Central Java and East Java)
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage Key Customer Account, sales and profitability
· Act as the lead point of contact for sales and merchandising agent, maximize sales, distribution and presentation of products
· Arrange full scale plan; form yearly plan, monthly programs, monthly forecast and budgeting for both online
· To have regular visit to Modern Trade National Key Account (NKA), Modern Trade Independen (MTI) channel to check product availability, planogram, program promotions, as well as to make sure that the product distribution to every Modern Trade National Key Account (NKA), Modern Trade Independen (MTI) and Online channel achievement in regular basis
· To have an effective promotions program plan and excellent execution with good team work
· Build strong relationship with potential merchant, distributor, and principle in assigned area
· Optimizing area potencies and maximize target in assigned area (GMV, GP, Effective Merchant, Program Activation, Merchant Acquisition and other objectives)
· Optimizing Kabayan activation, limit utilization, and AR collection
· Manage periodic merchant sales projection to optimize order fulfillment
Requirements:
· Maximum 35 years old, Bachelor’s Degree any major
· Minimum 2 years in Modern Trade Market/ Key Account Management and Modern Trade Independen (MTI)
· Passionate, have a good understanding and proven experiences
· Excellent to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Pivot Table
· Excellent communication skills
· Able to negotiate
· Strong leadership and experience in managing a team
· Operation mobility (driving/riding skill, driving/riding license, and willing to travel in assigned area)
· Have experience and knowledge about sales process, distribution process and supply chain
· Provide market needs and operational insight to B2B Commerce Manager to optimize business opportunity and develop operational process
· Placement: West Java, Central Java and East Java

Supervisors evaluate the sales and see the latest trends to better improve our daily sales while constantly
updating our data analysis.
