Franchise and business development specialists’ primary responsibilities include locating prospected outlet locations, developing and setting up the franchising system, and making pitches to potential investors.

Core Responsibility:

• Design the franchising system, establish standard contracts, prepare the franchising guide for new franchisees, and prepare materials for use by the company and new franchisees.
• Develop a franchising strategy for the company, including designing the franchising system, establish standard contracts, franchising guide for new franchisees, franchising marketing strategy and defining the royalty system to be used.
• Participate in exhibitions and fairs for the purpose of attracting new franchisees.
• Setup the methodology for ensuring that Franchisees comply fully with the requirements of the franchising guide.
• Manage relationships with all franchisees.
• Prepare standard and tailored franchising marketing presentations and materials.
• Identify the channels for marketing the franchise opportunity.
• Participate in exhibitions and fairs for the purpose of attracting new franchisees.
• Perform marketing presentations both in person and on-line.
•  Prepare and develop all marketing materials used for franchising.
•  Identify and source new Franchisees.

 Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field of study.
• Experienced in Franchising systems, preferably with 4-5 years of F&B experience.
• Knowledgeable in Franchising documentation in its various forms, and the different Franchising approaches.
• Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin language, particularly written and spoken.
• Demonstrated high-level of skill in using MS Office applications and other resources.
• Strong communicator.
• Culturally attuned and able to work across cultures.
• Able to manage multiple projects to completion and prioritie
•  Ability to work unsupervised and within a team environment.
•  Drive, dynamism, enthusiasm, ‘can-do’ attitude is a must.
