Responsibilities

• Managing Factory Building Maintenance and support facilities
• Monitoring maintenance & Repair of damaged buildings infrastructure 
• Ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of building facilities within the office, workstation, factory, and other area.
• Handling procurement requests of new building and monitoring asset, electrical, and other damage reports.
• Overseeing the performance of vendors providing building, material, and other vendor.
• Managing administrative tasks within the scope of General Affairs (GA), maintenance, Facility work.
• Able to make plans and work targets Manage and ensure vendor agreement up to date
• External relation with agencies and vendor related
• Shares accurate, timely information with the right people in an appropriate format for the supervisor and management.
• To Schedule maintenance activities and the building parts, included managing maintenance workers schedule.
• Monitoring and supervision of the condition in each part of the building
   

Requirements:

• Age 25-40 Years Old
• Candidate must possess least a Diploma Degree from any field
• Having at least a diploma, with a relevant background in civil engineering and facility maintenance considered a plus.
• Experience as Building Maintenance or experience in the related field having Leadership qualities, at least 3 years experience.
• Knowledge of: Building Maintenance and repair method, materials, tools, and equipment; the operation and standard and regulation
• Having good problem solving, initiative, strong analytical thinking & have good communication and interpersonal skill
• Prior experience in handling building, electrical, and repairment. 
• Willing to work in Kartasura, Sukoharjo

   

You will require the following qualifications and skills…

• Communication skill is a must. Prefer good communication in English will be advantage
• Having maintenance skill would be advantage
• Good networking with outsourcing and other vendors
• Capable in managing team and managing general affair budget
• K3 Certification ownership is advantage
