QA Oversight Associate Manager

JOB PURPOSE

• Lead QA oversight activity within PT Bayer Indonesia from incoming material in the warehouse until Finish Good dispatching into customer and ensure the site compliance on daily routine activity.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead handling non-conformity management related deviation, complaint, out of specification and defect from supplier including assuring that the investigations are made according to the timeline to determine the root cause and actions are defined
• Lead, plan and execute in-process control activities during manufacturing process (including sampling, testing, data entry in SAP QM, and monitor BAS GMP alarm) to ensure high quality of the product including evaluation on critical process control monitoring of the product.
• Lead, plan, and arrange daily personnel assignment QA Oversight team effectively and efficiently accordance with current regulations in Quality (GMP, GDP), Safety, food safety and halal system
• Lead, plan and execute activity of QA oversight in the shop floor in order to ensure the GMP compliance, food safety and halal compliance.
• Ensure tracking of completion of corrective and mitigation actions related to non-conformity issue to maintain the high product quality and manufacturing compliance.
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) implementation in the shop floor and evaluate their effectiveness to avoid reoccurrence of non-conformity issue.
• Support E2E QA Operation manager to evaluate reoccurrence, pattern and trend of non-conformity issue as part of quality management review and develop the mitigation action plan for continuous improvement.
• Lead to provide quality management review report in periodically basis under QA Operation area.
• Being second deputy of E2E QA Operation Manager, dealing with any decision related to quality aspects which is urgent to be taken under delegation.
• Support maintaining appropriate precaution on occupational safety and health as well as security of facilities within QA Oversight.
• Coordinating to evaluate HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment) of working area and ensure the completeness of HIRA training on the team and implementation of HIRA.

WHO YOU ARE

• 3+ years’ experience in GMP aspects or related area.
• Deep knowledge on international and local GMP principles for manufacturing of   pharmaceutical products, Food supplements and Halal Management
• Knowledge on occupational safety, health and environmental requirements.
• Skilled to work and ability to work within teams.
• Leadership experience for teams more than 5 peoples.
• Professional English skills.
• Able to resist any influence, which would hamper management decision making during the absence of E2E QA Operation Manager
