About The Role

Main Duties & Responsibilities :

– Understanding business objectives of every department and build research method to fulfil the objectives serving several departments including Product Development, Branding, Customer Experience, etc

– Translating information needs into research briefings – Managing quality control at every step of the research process (questionnaires, translations, results, etc)

– Compiling and analysing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect the data

– Carrying out qualitative and quantitative research by collecting data via Polls, Surveys, Focus Groups, Home Panel, Interviews, etc

– Delivering & consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations

– Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating team members on progress

– Develop and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders

Requirements :

– Have working experience in the research industry for a minimum of 1 year

– Understand research process & methodologies: Usage & Attitude / Central Location Test / In-home Placement / Customer satisfaction / Brand health tracking/ etc & know when to apply them)

– Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (Interviews, focus groups, polls, surveys etc)

– Data Driven ; strong analytical & critical thinking

– Proven market research analysis experience

– Excellent abilities Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

– Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task

– Good analytical skills and experience generating research reports

– Have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

– Have the ability to work as a team and with clients
