JOB PURPOSE

• Assist QC Manager to perform review, supervision, and analysis properly and correctly with maintaining agility following defined rules in the purpose of implementation Bayer and Authority regulations related to the Quality Control areas.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to ensure the QC team follow safety regulations for each stage of work and play a role in supervising each other in terms of cleanliness and tidiness of the laboratory area in order to fulfill HSE aspects according to HSE assignment and responsibilities
• Responsible for designing continuous improvement on quality aspect of laboratory testing, PSS and Performance dialogue and ensure implementation of the improvement in the shopfloor
• Actively contribute in Operational excellence and reduction complexity program with ideas of efficiency and cost reduction
• Responsible for handling inspection and supervision during testing (material, product, stability, environmental monitoring, validation and analytical method transfer)  by ensuring that the processes are conducted according to the established procedures and ensure related documents are available in timely manner
• In cooperation with related functions, supervise and setup priority of testing to be performed, ensure that QC instrument used is within calibration period
• Supporting QC Manager in terms of managing laboratory capacity arrangement and planning
• Assist QC Manager to perform evaluation of global CMS (Compliance Management System) implementation, SOP related to Quality Control and provide monthly KPI report including SQMR (Site Quality Management Review)
• Assist QC Manager for strategic project of Bayer (compliance, project investment, NPD, transfer) related quality topic and/or QC responsibility
• Provide request of stake holder from other department related to QC activity and data
• Involve in hiring, training and evaluating performance of direct report and assuring the productivities of all direct reports
• In carrying out his/her duties and responsibilities always consider HACCP and Halal requirements

WHO YOU ARE

• Certified Pharmacist
• Excellent leadership skills and capability
• Able to work on shift basis (2 shift model)
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret Bayer guideline and international/ global guideline, writing report, business correspondence and procedure manual in English
• Ability to manage good work atmosphere among internal team and with other teams
• Having experience 3 years minimum in supervisory level
• Understands know how on current GMP as well as other relevant national and international regulation for pharmaceutical products (GMP codes)
• Computer literate for office operational
• Skilled to work within an international team and has ability to work within team
• Be able to resist any influence, which would hamper management decision making
