Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi National Sales Manager (Medical Aesthetics) di tempat usaha EP Plus Group untuk daerah Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Korporasi serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kami inginkan adalah min Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Menurut dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

JOB SUMMARY

Establish, lead and monitor a high performance aesthetic Sales team to effectively deliver and meet the Company’s sales expectations and target.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead the Indonesia Sales team towards achieving the Company’s sales objectives.
  2. Establish targets and opportunities to expand the Company’s business and client base.
  3. Develop competencies and processes to create an effective and efficient Indonesia Sales team.
  4. Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development to ensure that the Sales team perform in alignment with the Company’s business goals.
  5. Collaborate with HR department to ensure effective hiring, training, development and retention of the Indonesia Sales team.
  6. Design and implement a sales commission plan to encourage sales performance and retain key employees.
  7. Identify changes in the aesthetic, delivery system and competitive pressure in a manner that will provide input for the development and revision of Company’s sales strategies.
  8. Prepare sales forecasts, budget control and incentive plan to ensure that the Indonesia Sales team perform in the direction of the Company’s business goals.
  9. Establish effective relationships and collaborations with the Company’s departments to address key business issues and opportunities.
  10. Plan and manage weekly work schedules with the Senior Sales Manager and Sales Manager to enable an efficient and effective work execution.
  11. Conduct weekly work preview and performance review in a timely manner with the Country Manager to ensure that performance is aligned with the Company’s business objectives.
  12. Lead and guide the Indonesia Sales team to adhere to the Company’s policies, business integrity.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Knowledge

  1. Bachelor or Post-graduate degree in Business, Medicine, Pharmacy, Science or equivalent.
  2. Strong knowledge of the medical semantics, products and practices.

Skills

  1. Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills to work with people at all levels (Communication / Customer Service Orientation).
  2. Capable leader who is able to build and guide the Sales team (Developing Self & Others)
  3. Business awareness and analytical skills (Business Acumen).
  4. Ability to present information and negotiate with people at all levels (Business Acumen).
  5. Ability to adapt to business changes when required (Business Acumen).
  6. Meticulous and detail-oriented (Excellence Focus).
  7. Strong sense of rightfulness (Integrity).

Experience

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in managing a direct sales force.
  2. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plan.
  3. Demonstrated ability to professionally manage, develop and coach a team.
