Hey there! DABEST Consultant, we’re searching for a team member—a Web Developer who’s a pro at crafting WordPress-based websites. We want someone who’s got the experience, creativity, and skills to make awesome sites, all while being super-efficient. Oh, and having a knack for UI and UX Design would be a big plus!

Your key tasks and what you’ll be doing:

• Making websites look awesome and easy to use by creating cool layouts and designs using graphic design tools.
• Creating cool visual stuff like logos, icons, images, and other cool things for websites.
• Making sure folks have a smooth and easy time using the website by focusing on how it looks, how it’s organized, and how easy it is to get around.
• Sketching out ideas and making models to show what the design will be like before making it final.
• Picking the right colors, and fonts, and making words look nice so everything fits together and looks great.
• Checking that the design works well and looks good on different devices and web browsers.
• Staying updated with what’s new in design, the latest gadgets, and the best ways to make websites look even cooler.

To join us, you should have:

• A degree, certifications, or experience in web design that fits the bill
• At least two years of experience in the field of web design
• Good skills in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, also familiarity with content management systems (CMS), like WordPress
• Some cool graphic design skills and experience using design tools like Photoshop or Sketch
• Knowledge about SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and web analytics
• Great at solving problems and finding solutions when things get tricky
• A strong sense of professionalism and a mindset geared towards learning and growth
• An openness to feedback and a real desire to keep improving
