Pengalaman yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Untuk persyaratan yang kami butuhkan ialah min Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Menurut dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

On behalf of our client, a manufacturing company in Batang, we are currently looking for an Accounting Manager!

Responsibility :

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Present financial information to management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, working closely with department heads to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Implement budgetary controls and cost-saving measures.
  • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Provide ongoing training to staff on accounting policies and procedures.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial models to support business planning.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the accounting function.
  • Implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) as an Accounting Manager or in a similar role.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Fluent in English
