Job description & requirements

This is a minimum of 3 months internships. You will gain a learning experience about market research in a professional working environment. Intern will perform applied research, and designs, and evaluates analytical and statistical studies and/or institutional self-assessments. You will help the team to design and manage information systems and databases to support institutional research activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Help other researchers and internal stakeholders (C-Level, Product team, Marketing team, Content team, etc) to plan research objectives and test parameters.
• Help to design and conduct surveys (quantitative and qualitative), execute, analyze, communicate, and consult on the results of ad-hoc and tracking analytical studies using appropriate methods.
• Help to compile, clean, process, and analyze data, and also help to write research reports.

Job Requirements:

• Final semester / fresh graduate from Statistics, Marketing, Psychology, Economics, or related field 
• Willing to learn and have a teamwork attitude
• Have experience in Research Conducting & Analysis or directly related to research while studying at university;
• Have ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
• Have ability to write and speak in English is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS, or similar), databases, and MS Office
• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking
