Job description & requirements

Job Description:

• Manage the Creative Team in delivering creative deliverables for social media
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
• Increase our social media followership and engagement and improve overall presence 
• Develop, manage, and oversee the execution of our social media strategies and campaigns across our various social media channels such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and are in line with the brand mission
• Create beautiful, cool, unique copywriting, captions, and content to help drive the brand across its social media feeds
• Manage content calendar and schedule content across our various social media channels
• Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/ metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information for future campaign or marketing efforts
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimisation
• Forward thinking mindset with the ability to plan ahead

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using and managing various social media platforms
• Familiar with social media management tools (Buffer, HubSpot, etc)
• Ability to give engaging and relevant content ideas
• Knowledge of social media advertising platforms
• Skill in using analytical tools (Facebook insights, twitter analytics, google analytics, etc)  
• Understanding of SEO principles
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining content calendars
• Skills in monitoring and analyzing the social media activities of competitors to identify opportunities & trends
• Proficiency in creating and managing paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation and ad targeting
• Proficiency in multiple languages.
