Is this you?

A seasoned professional with a minimum of 4-7 years of experience as an After Sales Consultant, Manager, or General Manager in the automotive industry, demonstrating leadership in building and shaping successful after-sales programs.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, allocate resources effectively, and translate strategic visions into actionable steps, showcasing a strategic and operational mindset.
Track record of managing operations teams, overseeing at least 30 direct and indirect reports. Proficient in designing detailed processes, building effective teams, and implementing performance measurement systems.
In-depth knowledge of automotive after-sales practices, with a focus on creating and optimizing programs and operations.
Strong data-centric approach with advanced data analysis skills. Capable of making data-driven decisions and conducting basic analyses. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and other relevant tools is a plus.

What a day at work for you will look like:

Develop a comprehensive strategy encompassing approach, channels, and commercial aspects for MAKA’s after-sales service and customer care.
Spearhead project management by creating a roadmap and timeline to ensure the timely and successful execution of initiatives.
Formulate end-to-end business processes and SOPs for after-sales service, warranty claim handling, and customer care. Define SLA metrics to drive excellence.
Collaborate with Business Process and Operations Analyst to translate business processes and SOPs into a system design. Oversee the seamless implementation of these systems.
Establish recruiting and training processes for technicians/mechanics. Lead recruitment and training efforts. Collaborate with the Business Development team to engage potential partners for after-sales and customer care, creating operational arrangements for effective collaboration.
