Job Title: Logistics & Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to handle of Import/Export/Transhipment documents
  • Liaise with freight forwarders on import/export shipments
  • Perform accurate and timely inventory updates and facilitate the movement of inbound and outbound shipments;
  • Knowledge and ability to handle L/C shipment and documentation
  • Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase in terms of quality, prices, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers and/ or subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with various departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies, procedures and specifications.
  • Manage requestor’s requirements to ensure operational need such as goods and service supply, track orders for timely delivery and quality of purchased products
  • Monitor and coordinate deliveries of all items purchased to ensure that all items and delivered on time.
  • Filling and control all purchase files.
  • Support relevant departments with quotation for the purpose of tenders. Eg: estimated shipping cost/local order quotation
  • Corresponding with HQ, customers & internally for customers related to orders & shipment arrangements.

Key Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or its equivalent
  • At least 3 years of work experience in supply chain or logistic Role
  • Incoterms and Freight knowledge requested.
  • Good written and verbal proficiency in Indonesia, English and Chinese Languages are MANDATORY.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in using ERP will be an advantage
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • To be able to work well independently as well as in a team
