Kami memberikan kualifikasi yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 70.000.000 - Rp 80.000.000.

Regional Sales Director

Industry: Manufacturing (Textile Dyeing products)

This pivotal role will primarily involve managing the operations of a new business unit, driving market expansion, and leading sales growth in the Indonesian market. The ideal candidate should bring a compelling mix of sales and technical expertise, ideally in the field of textile dyeing products, including a technical and laboratory background. Additionally, experience in sales within both the local market and with foreign direct investments (FDIs) would be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

  1. Independently develop and expand profitable sales within the dye market in Indonesia.
  2. Manage local accounts and portfolios efficiently, while coordinating with the headquarters team
  3. Collaborate with the HQ team to ensure business activities align with growth targets and company’s strategies.
  4. Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements in line with sales targets, business policies, marketing strategies, and pricing policies.
  5. Proactively prospect and develop new customers, identifying potential business opportunities.
  6. Coordinate projects aimed at increasing market share, with a specific focus on local accounts.
  7. Create and oversee the sales budget and forecasts for the region, while also managing Profit and Loss (P&L) and Cash Flow reports.
  8. Develop strategic plans to support business growth, follow up on new leads, and drive projects forward.
  9. Maintain regular and effective communication with the HQ team, providing updates and reports on sales activities.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in textile & garment, chemical engineering or related field. MBA is a plus.
  2. Sales experience, preferably within the chemical industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  3. Proficient technical expertise in dyeing products, dye laboratory or significant experience in the textile dyeing industry.
  4. Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills to effectively manage local accounts and build new customer relationships.
  5. Ability to work independently while reporting to the HQ team, providing regular updates.
  6. Proactive and aggressive approach to business development, constantly seeking new opportunities and market insights.
  7. Valid driver’s license and access to a car for travel within the region.
  8. Proficiency in developing and managing sales budgets, forecasts, P&L, and Cash Flow reports.
  9. Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  10. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Mandarin is a plus.
