as the trailblazer in our sample room, you will lead the charge in trial process refinement, crafting layouts that inspire and implementing Kaizen principles that revolutionize our operations. your innovative spirit will be the catalyst for continuous improvement.
c. Elevate sample room excellence: IE-Related work follow up and SME assessment
your diligent follow-ups on all IE-related tasks will be the of success in our sample room. You will be instrumental in driving our SME assessment to new heights, setting new standard of excellence.
d. Master of Metrics: Crafting Comprehensive EET Reports
From pullover stage to CS2, your meticulous eye for detail will ensure that our EET reports are not only accurate but also insightful. Monthly, quarterly, and annually, you’ll be the driving force behind data-driven decision-making.
e. Dynamic Support for ME-IE Ventures
Embrace a diverse array of projects assigned by your supervisor within the ME-IE department. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in the success of these ventures, leaving an indelible mark on our broader organizational goals.

Pou Chen has transformed itself to be an industrial holding company. Its two core businesses, footwear and retail, are mainly operated by its subsidiaries and affiliates. Pou Chen Group currently has its manufacturing factories and retailing sites throughout Taiwan, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, the United States, Mexico and other areas in Asia.
In Indonesia, the Groupestablished production facilities for its footwear business in Serang, part of Jawa Barat at that time, in 1992; now it covered 285 Ha. Then in 2007 the Group expanded the business by building factories in Cikembar and a year after (2008) in Sukalarang, Sukabumi. In 2015, factory in Cianjur was established.
