Job Summary:

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. You will play a key role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring the overall success of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team.
2. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
3. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, strategies, and updates.
4. Handle sales operations of RSV Helmets distributor sales channel.
5. Planning and create relevant sales strategies for distributors sales development.
6. Set regions, channels and distributors for ensure customers have products in quantity sufficient and according to needs.
7. Responsible for achieving distributor turnover (selling in – selling out) in the area.
8.  Achieve sales goals based on customer understanding/competitive understanding/company strategies, according to the plan.
9. Lead development and implementation of sales tools that leverage current trends, market/category opportunities, and our capabilities/strengths.
10. Monitoring market and demand conditions for identifying opportunities in build new areas.
11. Evaluating the performance of the branch and encourage the achievement of targets.
12. Provide regular reports to management on sales results, trends, and forecasts.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
3. At least 2 years of working experience at Fashion Retail as Sales in Supervisor Level.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
