Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Accounting Supervisor di tempat usaha PT GF Culinary untuk kota/kab Jakarta Utara atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami inginkan adalah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 8.000.000 - Rp 13.000.000.

Job Description

  • Prepare & analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting practices
  • Check reconciliations with banks and sales
  • Ensure the follow-up of cash deposits and cash sales to the operations department and recap the promotions to the marketing department
  • Identify potential cash flow problems and financial irregularities
  • Review journal entries on bank vouchers and cash payments prior to the payment process
  • Prepare the COGS and PAC reports at the beginning of each month (every month on the 6th)
  • Coordinate the stocktaking of fixed assets
  • Prepare the adjusting journal (on an annual basis) every month

Requirements

  • Age maximum 32 years old
  • Bachelor Degree, majoring in Accounting or Finance from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00
  • Having at least 3 years or more of experience in generalist accounting or finance, with 2 years on supervisory position
  • Excellent working knowledge of accounting and procedures, including account operations activities
  • Proven ability to develop and train people on how to use financial spreadsheets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong team player with ability to interact with all levels of staff in the organization
  • Strong ability to create systems for operational efficiency
  • Detail, persistence, well organized and able to work under pressure
