Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Ensures all recruitment policies, processes and templates are adhered to and recommends improvements based on business need and best practices.
  • Identify the critical/key positions as reference on building talent pipeline.
  • Conducts research and implements sourcing strategies to develop a pipeline of candidates for key roles and positions anticipated based on business requirements.
  • Maintains relationships with universities, Recruitment company and any other external party to support the hiring process in the company.
  • Managing the hiring budget and ensuring all the approval process is done properly based on DOA.
  • Stays current on trends in recruitment, use of alternative sourcing channels and innovative methods of recruitment and selection.
  • Identifies and assess manpower requirements, verifies manpower requisitions, reviews submitted job descriptions and selects the most appropriate channel of recruitment to source candidates.
  • Prepares and posts recruitment advertisements on internal and external job portals and coordinates externally with recruitment agencies to ensure all appropriate recruitment channels are activated for a particular open position.
  • Interacts with hiring manager to discuss recruitment requests and to understand other contextual and qualitative information of the job.
  • Leading employee branding initiative in our Job portal for increasing talent engagement and awareness to Navya.
  • Sourcing potential candidates, conducts interviews and coordinates with hiring managers and other stakeholders to set up interviews for shortlisted candidates.
  • Obtain pre approvals for employment offers and employment contracts (for mid – upper level positions) in line with Navya guidelines and compensation policies.
  • Conducts reference checks for candidates and collects required documents for visa processing and employee information filing.
  • Managing applicant tracking systems and updates recruitment related reports and assists in analysis to ensure that regular updates and recruitment status is provided to management.
  • Managing TA team on task allocation and providing a proper regular report to the reporting Managers for reviewing process.

Self-Management:

  • Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.
  • Keeps developing the knowledge of TA process in retail market and providing update to the reporting manager for reviewing and assessing the current TA practice in the company.
  • Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the manager and agreeing on the individual development plan which goes beyond just training and development
  • Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth

  Requirements & Qualifications: 

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology.
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in similar role in retail industry (fashion/active lifestyle/footwear) or fast paced environment.
  • Well organized and detail oriented.
  • Good in verbal and written communication (English and Bahasa).
  • Good in time management, planning and organizing and able to deliver high quality work standard.
  • Strong in interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Self motivated, adaptable, discipline and able to work independent or in a team.
