Telah dibuka lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Bilingual Mandarin-English Personal Assistant di kantor PT. XIANGYUN TRADING INDONESIA untuk kota/kab Tangerang atau sekitarnya.
Pengalaman yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sekretaris serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.
Adapun kualifikasi yang kami butuhkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 8.000.000 - Rp 12.000.000.

职责:
Responsibilities:
辅助公司负责人日常工作,包括但不限于事务管理、日程安排和文件处理。
Assist the company’s executive in daily tasks, including but not limited to administrative tasks, scheduling, and document handling.
每天工作8个小时,确保公司运营的顺畅。
Work 8 hours per day to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
居家办公,以确保公司负责人在出差期间的工作连续性。
Work from home to ensure continuity of work during the executive’s business trips.
熟练使用办公软件,包括Excel、Word、PPT等,以便处理和整理数据,并为公司提供决策支持。
Proficiently use office software, including Excel, Word, PPT, to handle and summarize data and provide decision support for the company.
协助了解印尼当地的法律法规和政策,包括但不限于签证申请流程、公司注册、营业范围更改以及人力资源相关事项。
Assist in understanding local Indonesian laws and regulations, including but not limited to Vi0sa application procedures, company registration, changes in business scope, and human resources matters.
协助公司负责人处理人力资源事务,如招聘中文翻译、家庭佣人等。
Assist the company’s executive in handling human resources matters, such as recruiting Chinese translators, domestic helpers, and more.
要求:
Requirements:
中英文流利,书写和口头表达能力出色。
Fluent in both Chinese and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
具备卓越的组织和沟通能力,能够高效地处理多项任务。
Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks.
熟练使用Microsoft Office套件,尤其是Excel、Word和PPT。
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PPT.
有一定的法律法规和政策研究经验或愿意学习。
Have some experience in legal regulations and policy research or be willing to learn.
对长期合作有兴趣,愿意为公司的发展贡献自己的力量。
Interested in a long-term collaboration and willing to contribute to the company’s development.
有相关工作经验者优先考虑,但不是必需的。
Previous relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
