•  Conduct trend analysis of the industry, market and technology as a basis to propose new product and services or principals and provide information and analysis result to supervisor.
• Actively follow up information from Account Management about products and services or principals that have potentiality to be offered by Multipolar.
• Provide report of trend analysis and present to SCC committee to get approval and suggestion prior to distribute the final result to designated parties/team that have authorized in enablement activities. 
• Provide detail information about new competencies that will be built by designated team to conduct successful product enablement or enhancement that will be delivered to customer.
• Conduct all stages of research that includes problem identification, information analysis, hypothesis development, hypothesis testing, solution identification and solution testing and conclusion to ensure all market requirement has been captured during the research and help company to stay competitive in market.
• Compile report of research result to ensure the necessary data is captured and available if required in supporting business continuity.
• Participate in annual planning session to provide ideas related new technology that will be developed to lead market with appropriate technology which in line with market segmentation.
• Conduct pipeline’s monitoring to determine the status and development of product sales as a guide in assessing the company’s portfolio in the next period.
• Actively develop self-competency and skill and self-updating with research methodologies/tools/techniques to capture market trends and gain new opportunities.
• Work cooperatively with others, be part of the team in order to help team achieve its target.
• Undertake new tasks and additional responsibility, take action as anticipations and do extra mile to enhance job results and avoids problems.
• Implement the company’s health and safety program to keep the work environment conducive and minimize work risk.
