Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

On behalf of our client from Singapore, we’re looking for a Sales & Operation Director!

Responsibilities:

Coordinate all marketing and sales activities.
Oversee the operations retail outlets of the Company and ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Manage the services operations, ensuring that services are delivered to customers are satisfactory and meets high quality of service.
Develop, implement & monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce cost, increase productivity and provide excellent customer experience.
Conduct analysis of business operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Build, motivate and manage a great team of Retail Store Managers and their personnel, setting KPIs and providing regular feedback to ensure high performance: Excellent delivery time, service turnaround time and amazing Customer Experience.
Own Operations’ P&L and optimize cost at all times.
Manage & strengthen after sales reports, ensure great customer experience for after sales enquiries.

Ideal Profile & Qualifications:

Resourceful, forward-thinking leader who can multi-task.
Able to manage a large retail operation in multiple locations with a big team of health spa consultants/staff.
Bachelor’s degree graduated from local universities will be preferred
At least 5 years of in-depth experience in all aspects of retail operations.
Must be a great operations leader with excellent skills in driving store sales.
Experience in wellness, TCM and Spa retail services preferred.
Leadership experience in managing people in a positive and inspiring manner.
Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting start-up environment.
Interpersonal skills to effectively manage, interact, negotiate, coach and communicate with employees.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize and execute tasks effective.
Possess a sense of urgency and self-motivation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-growing always changing environment.
Must be flexible to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
