Requirements

• Minimum Education Senior High School
• Minimum Experience in Drilling fields Oil and Gas as Rigsupt 2 year
• Familiar with Electrical Rig 2000 HP
• Problem solving and communication skill, think analytically
• Have Certification IADC/IWCF and Migas
• Have leadership

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day to day operation and Rig maintenance, ensure manpower and equipment must be ready and functional for 24-hour daily operation.
• Ensure good coordination to client for daily operations, to follow Client Drilling Program and Standing Driller Instruction ( SID ) produced and approved by CoMan. Coordinate to Drilling crew and ensure them understanding for the SID execution.
• Manage the Rig equipment always be in good shape and functional all the times as required, to avoid unnecessary operation delay and schedule Rig Equipment maintenance as per OEM recommendations.
• Assisted by all Rig team, record daily and cumulative running hours of Generator Set /Engines, Drawwork , Mud Pumps, Top Drive Unit, drilling string running hours, in order to know when the equipment should do routine maintenance, over haul and NDT Inspection.
• Assisted by Rig Clerk, Manage and schedule Rig Crew change based on Rotational schedule as required by the operations, to avoid lack of manpower on Rig Site and to have the Crew enough rest based on their own individual schedule. Should contact Jakarta office for accommodation and air tickets required by the crew as early as possible, to avoid a sudden request that may cause difficulty of hotel room booking and air ticket issuance.
• Ensure that all operations must strictly comply to both client and our own GW HSE policy.
• Daily produce daily drilling report using Great Wall format to cover last 24- hour operations and operations of 6 hours from 00.00 – 06.00 on the date of DDR produced. Ensure the report correct that really reflects the operations detailed with break down at the minimum time interval of 30 minutes.
• Attend and lead the morning and evening tour safety meeting, to remind the crew about safety, to update the coming crew what job those have been done and still on going by the previous crew, to inform the crew for the ongoing and the upcoming job those they will handle based on SID. Ensure the crew understand what to do and accordingly ensure the crew for their high awareness on safety .
• In coordination to HSE Supervisor to provide Job Safety Analysis ( JSA) for every singlejob, socialize JSA to crew in order to let the crew understand as attempt to minimize the risk.
• In coordination to Rig Manager / MaterialMan, control and ensure have enough stock of Rig spare parts on a reasonable level all the times.
• In charge for 24 -hour operation and always be present during the critical job execution for both normal and abnormal condition. Accordingly should manage the time for enough rest once condition permits.
• Always maintain good cooperation to all Sub Contractors to build solid team, in order to provide good services required
• by client.
• Always encourage the crew in participating for daily submission of Observation Card Analysis in order to remind the crew for continuous awareness of safety.
• Update Jakarta Team daily with the summarized operation at every 6 AM and 4 PM by a simple report thru either WA or email message. Contact Jakarta Staff as soon as possible in case of some supports required due to dictated by an abnormal condition / operation.
