At Buana Global Mandiri, we are currently seeking an exceptional candidate to lead our HRGA & Legal Department. Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, with a preference for those from the construction industry.
  • Maximum age of 45 years.
  • Proficiency in areas such as recruitment, performance management, general affairs, employee relations, industrial relations, compensation and benefits, HR policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with HR/HRIS applications or other payroll systems (Talenta or GreatDay).
  • Experience in handling labor unions.
  • Experience in planning and drafting documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to HRGA & Legal.
  • Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, permits (including the OSS system BKPM, GAPENSI, and other regulations), and best practices in HR.
  • Proficiency in handling and creating schemes and documents related to tax and BPJS matters for workforce purposes.
  • Experience and understanding of collective labor agreements (PKB) and legal drafting.
  • Proven ability to be adaptable and build effective relationships with employees at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the skill to listen and verbalize their own ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to train, coach, and develop HRGA & Legal team members.
  • Possess an attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze data and provide accurate insights and recommendations.
  • Disciplined, strict, honest and the ability to work under pressure with a flexible schedule in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating a framework of processes and procedures within the company’s intra-departmental structure to facilitate a more fluid workflow and environment for all employees
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies, policies, programs, and practices aligned with the overall organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement an end-to-end recruitment and selection strategy to attract and hire the best employees.
  • Act as a bridge between company management and employees by building and maintaining constructive employee relations, enhancing morale, motivation, and fostering a sense of ownership among employees.
  • Develop and implement employee development programs, including training, coaching, mentoring, and career development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with heads of different departments to create effective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for analyzing and improving the performance of each department. Responsible for overseeing and managing a performance assessment system that encourages employee productivity.
  • Plan and manage the personnel budget and operational expenses of the central office, which includes handling payroll & benefits
  • Plan and manage all General Affairs (GA) activities, including building maintenance, housekeeping, transportation services, and vehicle maintenance, are carried out effectively and optimally to support company operations.
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the company licenses and permits, and the legal needs that arise within the company ensuring compliance and legal adherence.
  • Oversee all IT needs and responsibilities within the company
  • Manage relationships with government authorities, employees, and stakeholders effectively.
