Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis and Strategy:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the Indonesian IT outsourcing market.
• Develop a comprehensive market entry strategy, including market segmentation and targeting.
• Formulate pricing strategies and competitive positioning to gain a foothold in the market.
• Business Development:
• Generate and qualify leads, leveraging a network of industry contacts and market knowledge.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their IT needs and tailoring solutions to match.
• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop a strategic sales plan, including sales targets, KPIs, and forecasts.
• Create compelling sales presentations and proposals showcasing our company’s strengths and capabilities.
• Execute effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their long-term IT requirements and providing consultative solutions.
• Ensure exceptional post-sale client engagement and support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Market Intelligence:
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the Indonesian IT outsourcing market.
• Provide regular market intelligence reports to the management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of successful sales in the IT industry, with at least [2] years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian IT outsourcing market and its key players.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM tools.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
