Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Know How - Librarian di tempat usaha HHR Lawyers untuk daerah Jakarta Selatan serta sekitarnya.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Qualifications:
1. Education: Minimum D3 or S1 degree in Library Science, Information Science, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience in the library or information management field is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
3. Language Proficiency: Candidates should have adequate English language skills, which can be demonstrated with a minimum TOEFL score of 525 or an equivalent certificate.
4. Knowledge and Skills:
– Good knowledge of library management practices, indexing, collection management, and electronic resources.
– Skills in organization, classification, and maintenance of collections.
– Ability to use relevant library management systems or software.
– Ability to guide users in searching for and accessing information.
– Good communication and customer service skills.
5. Technology Skills: Proficiency in using library-related devices and technologies, including library management software, databases, and relevant hardware.
6. Research Skills: Ability to conduct research and compile reports on specific topics, if required.
7. Attitude and Work Ethic:
– Integrity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic in managing sensitive information and data.
– Ability to maintain the confidentiality and security of information.
8. Creativity and Adaptability:
– Ability to develop creative ideas and solutions when dealing with technological changes and library user needs.
– Ability to quickly adapt to changes in technology and trends in the library and information field.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Collection Management:
– Planning, developing, and managing the collection of books, journals, electronic resources, and other reference materials.
– Identifying collection needs and acquiring new materials as per requests and trends.
– Organizing and maintaining the collection for user accessibility.
– Ensuring that the library complies with relevant standards and regulations in managing collections and information resources.
– Maintaining the confidentiality and security of data and information managed by the library.
– Conducting library performance evaluations, collecting user data, and preparing regular reports on resource usage and user needs.
2. Indexing and Classification:
– Conducting indexing, classification, and recording of resources to facilitate user access.
– Managing numbering and indexing systems based on specific standards.
3. Reference Services:
– Providing guidance and assistance to users in searching for information sources.
– Responding to inquiries and providing directions regarding library usage.
– Ensuring the quality of library services and providing prompt solutions to user issues.
4. Library System Management:
– Managing library system software, including data recording, updates, and maintenance.
– Ensuring the library catalog and database are regularly updated.
5. Facility Maintenance:
– Maintaining library facilities and managing library equipment.
– Managing reading rooms and ensuring user comfort and cleanliness.
6. Training and Education:
– Conducting user training on how to use library resources.
– Developing educational and training materials if needed.
