• Assist customer to carrying out warehousing activities for Automotive parts
• Consultation during unpacking and goods inspection at warehouse, help to identify quality issues related to packaging or transportation
• Fist layer of escalation for any doubt or discrepancies in the production line between Head Office and Customer
• Verify for any boxes and parts damage during unpacking processes
• Create documentation for any non-conformances during unpacking processes (e.g: parts/boxes damage, parts missing, wrong supply)
• Prepare claim documentation (data analysis, picture evidence, etc.) to be submitted to Head Office
• Identify discrepancies of packing list, container packing list, and warehouse documents
• Maintaining standard guideline for intralogistics operation
• Support implementation of standard guideline at License manufacturer
• Check and verify effectiveness handling and processes of parts at warehouse
• Promote continues improvement in daily basis in order to enhance effective & efficient processes

Requirements:

• Min 5 years’ experience in automotive production, quality inspection/audit or logistic warehouse.
• Having experience in automotive industry including practice of logistics systems and methods, especially practice and handling for parts quality.
• Good in English.
• Has knowledge on supply chain management.
• Understand standard guideline of intralogistics.
• Having knowledge in reporting system for quality parts, statistical analysis and practice.
• Computer literate and capable with Microsoft office to make report and data inputs.
• Able to work as a team and good communication skill
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System Management.
