Skill yang perusaahan butuhkan ialah Manufaktur serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description

  • Make sure, that IKK project-GCC Plan installation will follow the schedule and properly.
  • Lead the new project team member under supervision. To improve and develop performance, efficiency production performance and related activity.
  • Ensures that all equipment in GCC Plant is installed properly.
  • Check all drawing PID, documents especially related to GCC Plan. And if there is finding than communicate to related departments.
  • Communicate with machine builder, for machine improving, idea based on experience .
  • Coordinate with other departments like Electric / Instrument, Maintenance etc. regarding any machine parts issue.
  • Ensures that suitable corrective action is taken for all audit findings / observation.Record the action taken.
  • Communicate with vendor regarding chemical, consumable parts, etc.
  •  Selecting candidates for subordinates
  • Prepare training class for all coating machine member and also On The Job Training.
  • Prepare machine check list operation.
  •  Ensures that safety should be the priority in all working area..
  • Ensures proper housekeeping in working area
  • To ensure proper disposal of all waste generated and house keeping in his job area.
  • Allocate job to all subordinates on day to day basis.
  • Coordinates with Personnel Dept. regarding any employee problem.
  • Motivates all subordinates and ensures the availability of teamwork in the unit.
  • Subordinates appraisal and ensures any disciplinary action if needed.
  • Solve any conflicts arising in the unit.
  • Ensures that training is always given to all subordinates.

Job Requirements

  • Experience minimal 12 year(s) in paper industry or GCC (Ground Calcium Carbonate) Plant Operation
  • Related Operational Procedure
  • Related Work Instruction
  • Bachelor degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or equivalent
  • Willing to stay in Karawang, Jawa Barat
  • Required Language(s): English
  • Employement Type: Contract
