Job Description:
1. Responsible for handling users’ consultation, complaints and suggestions of overseas games online, and accurately recording users’ information;
2. Monitor the running state of the game and maintain the normal order of the game world;
3. Timely feedback and assist to deal with abnormal situations of the game, and communicate with users;
4. Analyze products and data, improve processes, improve service quality, and provide immediate feedback to emergent major problems;
5. Built/managed customer service team and optimized unreasonable processes.
Job Requirements:
1. Proficient in Filipino, which can be used as the working language; English as a plus
2. Love games, have experienced at least one MMORPG in depth, and be familiar with the systematic gameplay of the game;
3. Have a good sense of service and can work under great pressure;
4. Excellent team player, good at communication and helpful.
